Rudiger Gretschel of Vinimark wines will present a range of South African wines including their much heralded Boekenhoutskloof Syrah and Barista Pinotage matched with a multi-course menu prepared by the culinary team at Pipa. The event will be held in Pipa's beautiful atrium private dining room. We'll be dining under the night sky.

By the Glass is gearing up for our big Wines of Australia event on June 25th. Get yourself geared up for the big event by learning the new Australian wine lingo through our wine school. Riesling, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc may not be what you automatically associate with Australian Wine but the Australian wine industry would sure like you to. This class will highlight Australia's cool climate regions and wines other than over extracted Shiraz and oaky Chardonnay.

By the Glass is happy to annouce that Wine School will soon be available in the Moncton area. By the Glass' Joel Williams will lead you through the wine world in an unpretentious and enlightening manner.
